Graphic Artist Frequently Asked Questions

Our graphic artist serves the needs of schools and school districts in Santa Barbara County, SBCEO programs, and qualifying nonprofit organizations.

How do I place an order?

Check with the graphic artist to make sure the job can be completed to your specifications within your time constraints. Then submit a signed work order with a clear description of your graphic design project. You can contact Graphic Artist Olga Aguilar at oaguilar@sbceo.org or 964-4710, ext. 5270. You can get a work-order form here.

How long will it take to complete my job?

We need a minimum of two weeks from the time the work order is received, but the time required will vary according to the complexity of the job. If you will also require printing services, please remember to plan for additional time after the graphic work is completed.

Do you proofread your projects?

No. The responsibility for all editing resides with you, the client.

When can I get my photo taken for my identification badge?

Photos for ID badges are taken between 8:30 a.m–3:30 p.m. and only on the second and fourth Fridays of each month. You will need to bring a signed badge-request form on the day your photo is taken. You can get that form here. To make an appointment, email Olga Aguilar at oaguilar@sbceo.org or call her at 964-4710, ext. 5270.
